- A Grand Prize
winner will be selected as soon as we sell 25,000 copies of the c.d. Then, for every additional 25,000
copies sold, we will select another winner. So, if we sell 100,000 copies of the c.d., there would be
four winners. Updated c.d. sales totals will be posted on the Bulletin Board at www.sunrayrecords.com
- When you purchase your c.d. from cdbaby.com you will recieve an
order number. Write it down. Also, when your order arrives, it will contain a sales invoice which will have
your order number on it. Save that invoice and make a copy.
PLACE THE ORIGINAL SALES INVOICE FROM CDBABY.COM INTO A SMALL, WHITE ENVELOPE. EITHER 3 5/8" X 6 1/2" OR
4 1/8" X 9 1/2" ANY OTHER SIZE WILL BE THROWN OUT AND NOT ALLOWED INTO THE CONTEST. MAIL IT TO:

REMEMBER TO PUT YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER ON THE INVOICE. WE WILL BE CONTACTING YOU BY TELEPHONE IF YOU ARE
SELECTED AS A WINNER. IF WE CANNOT REACH YOU WITHIN 30 DAYS, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND A NEW WINNER WILL

- After your purchase has been confirmed, we will ask you to select your prize. If you select the
motorcycle, we will purchase it from the dealer nearest you. If at the time of selection
the motorcycle manufacturer has changed models, we will award a Can-Am Spyder of similar
or equal value; or, award the cash prize. It will be the prize winner's responsibility to
pick up the motorcycle from the dealership. If you chose the money, we will tell you where
and when to come to pick up the check; or we will send it to you. Sunray Records, Inc. reserves
the right to award the cash instead of the motorcycle at it's discretion. If a grand prize winner is under
18 years of age, they will be asked to pick up their prize with either their parent(s) or legal
guardian. If selected as a winner, you are agreeing to allow Sunray Records, Inc. to post your
name and the city you are from on their website, www.sunrayrecords.com
- Because of
the ongoing contest we have to have
a no refund/no return policy for these c.d.s.
- You are only
allowed to win this contest one time. If selected as a winner,
you cannot be selected again at a later date.
- To be eligible
for this contest you must purchase your c.d. through this website.
- If you have

- This contest ends on December 31, 2014.
- Prize winners will be responsible for any and all taxes due on the prize.
- A prize winner assumes all liability for any injuries sustained if he/she selects the

- In this contest, "We" refers to Sunray Records, Inc. and "You" refers to the contest entrants.
